There is another disturbing aspect beyond the killing of Eric Gardner. The police had no right to obstruct the videographer's view, make the videographer move farther away, nor did they have the right to force the videographer to stop filming. In my opinion these are all examples of spoliation of evidence.
Where are the attorneys out there? I am not an attorney but this to me is an obvious example of spoliation of evidence and the police personnel who forced the camera person to move and then stop filming should be tried.
